All our brands and the manufacturers understand this and provide a warranty against defects and workmanship. Each new product sold by Buy Wake UK is covered by the individual manufacturer's warranty. Please check the manufacturer's website for information regarding their specific warranty policy.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Used and demo products are "Sold as Seen" and as such do not carry any warranty from either the manufacturer or Buy Wake UK .

Warranty Claim Process

Step 1. Determine whether the defect should be covered by warranty.
Using the list of example above please attempt to determine whether the issue is a valid claim.
Don't worry if your not sure, that's what we are here for.

Step 2. Email photos, and a copy of your receipt over to us
  • A valid the receipt showing the purchase was within the brand's warranty period
  • Photos showing the overall condition of the product and of the issue in question
  • We will submit your claim to the manufacturer

Step 3. Solutions for approved claims
Depending on the nature of the claim an approved warranty case will result in either a replacement or a repair.
Please be aware the original product you purchased may no longer be available with suppliers meaning a direct replacement is not always possible, however we will always do our utmost to find the next best substitution.

Step 4. How to access replacements/repairs
Before releasing any replacements goods, faulty products need to either be returned to Buy Wake UK or increasingly we ask for proof or destruction.
Depending on their condition we might ask that wetsuits be donated to the Wave Project Scotland.
Based on the type of repair needed, we’ll either coordinate with a repair partner or offer an alternative solution.
Any initial shipping costs are for the customer to cover, however please be assured these costs may be covered up to a reasonable amount by Buy Wake UK.

Step 5. Enjoy
We will always do our best to get you back on the water as quickly as possible by working with the brands to arrange the best possible solution when a valid warranty claim occurs.
Repair: A Sustainable Solution
When it comes to warranty claim issues, Repair is often a greener and effective solution, especially for small issues. It not only saves resources but also gets you back up and running quickly. Our skilled repair partners such as Bodyline Wetsuits are the best in the business.
Don't worry, if for any reason a repair fails (this is super rare) in most cases consumer law dictates that we move to a replacement or refund solution instead.
We will try to be green, but at the end of the day keeping the customer happy with a fair and generous solution is our priority.
