If your purchase for whatever reason does not work out, the boots don’t fit, the board isn’t the colour you imagined, or you just changed your mind, subject to the product being in brand new condition, exactly as it was delivered, with all tags and wrapping intact then you are more than welcome to return for a refund.
You have 30 days from the Date of Purchase in which to return the item/items.
Starting 24/11/25 we are extending our Returns Period so that any orders placed between 24/11/25 and 04/12/25 have an extended returns allowance, allowing customers to order gifts for the Christmas season with confidence.
*All returns must be submitted by 05/01/26 and received back by 12/01/26.
Any refund requests will not include the cost of the original shipping charges.
Buy Wake UK reserves the right to refuse a refund on any products returned in a condition other than that in which they were despatched.

Return Fees
The Below Fees will be charged upon generation of the Returns Label.
  • Returns Label - £5
  • Wetsuit Return Fee - £5: Due to the high volume of wetsuits being returned, we deem this additional fee necessary to cover the costs in processing wetsuit returns, with regards to checking, cleaning and restocking
  • Impact Vest Return Fee - £3.50: Due to the high volume of vests being returned, this additional fee covers the costs of processing the returns, with regards to checking, cleaning and restocking
Please note any final Refunded Amount processed by Buy Wake UK will be calculated by deducting the below applicable fees:
  • Outbound Shipping Fee £5: Our base rate for standard outbound shipping. This amount is deducted even if the original order had the shipping costs discounted to zero. This may not be included if the order is only part returned.
*If any additional shipping charges such as Next Day or Saturday Delivery were included in the original order, these will be deducted in place of the £5 - Outbound Shipping Fee from any final refund.
